About Us
Pulseo is a distinctive name derived from the combination of the terms “Pulse” and “Studio”. The word ”pulse” connotes energy, life and movement, all of which are in perfect harmony with the inventive and dynamic character of the architectural and design industry. The term “studio” designates a creative space where ideas are brought to life. Uniting these values, Pulseo’s mission emerges as the essence of Paul Luces Architecture Design Studio:
Design that breathes. A space that lives

Phoebe
Junior Architect
I'm Phoebe, and I'm originally from Western Visayas in the Philippines. I studied architecture for five years at the University of Antique, where the majority of the team members also obtained their undergraduate degrees. I spent more than three years teaching English internationally after finishing my studies, during which time I had the opportunity to experience cultural diversity and get insight from people of all racial and ethnic backgrounds. In April 2023, I started working with DOCE Design + Build as a Junior Architect with a view of obtaining my licence as an architect. Since then, I've enjoyed sharing the team's experiences and lessons. I adore everything about art since I come from a family who values it. When I'm not working, you'll most probably find me in my study painting or doing portraits, or in the kitchen preparing meals or making pastries.
