Pulseo Design Studio is an architectural and construction firm based in Antique, Philippines. Founded in 2021 by visionary architect Paul Nesmar Magbanua Luces. Pulseo embodies the fusion of energy and creativity inherent in the architectural and design industries. Derived from “pulse”—symbolizing life, movement, and vitality—and “studio,” representing a dedicated space for creative exploration, Pulseo reflects our core philosophy at Pulseo Design Studio. Our mission is simple yet profound: design that breathes, and spaces that live.

Paul Nesmar Luces
Principal / Founder
Paul Luces, a licensed architect since 2019, completed his apprenticeship at JEH Hortillas Design Group in Iloilo City before further honing his skills at IDA International Design Associates in Cebu. A dedicated and passionate designer, he is passionate about creating innovative and impactful architecture. With a deep focus on his craft, he finds inspiration in instrumental music while working.
Phoebe De Los Santos
Junior Architect
I’m Phoebe from Western Visayas, Philippines, with a BS in Architecture from the University of Antique. After three years teaching English internationally, I joined Pulseo Design Studio in April 2023 as a Junior Architect, working toward my license. I come from an art-loving family and enjoy painting, portraits, cooking, and making pastries in my free time.
Rodney Balbin Justiniano
Junior Architect
Rodney Balbin Justiniano, an intern at Pulseo Design Studio, earned his BS in Architecture from the University of Antique. Passionate about functional, aesthetic, and sustainable design, he explores innovation in architecture. Outside work, he showcases his artistry through painting and sketching.
Kryzzly Dyn Quemado
Junior Architect
Kryzzly Dyn “KD” Quemado, an intern at Pulseo Design Studio, graduated with a BS in Architecture from the University of San Agustin in 2024. Hardworking and detail-oriented, she plans to study Environmental Psychology and its impact on modern structures. A passionate visual artist, she co-founded the KolehiLaya Art Group in Antique.
