A tropical resort delineated by vernacular architecture sets DOCE Design + Build’s values and vision into actuality. The project sits beside the shoreline of Antique, with a captivating sunset view on one side and an unassuming farmland view on the other side. Laid out on an elongated lot, the design solution encompasses open communal areas, private relaxing spaces, and outdoor-engaging facilities. Local materials that speak warmth yet invoke the presence of tranquility were infused in uniform with the topography’s character.
