Upon the client’s request to retain the three fruit-bearing trees and several existing columns, DOCE Design and Build took the site considerations immensely. A reinvention of a flexible industrial design that parallels the ecological context within the vicinity was imbued as the design solution for both the outdoor and indoor spaces, materials, and utilities.
